About Kwame
Kwame came to Ohio from Kumasi, Ghana, to study mechanical engineering at Ohio State. He then spent fifteen years managing facilities for a hospital system, where he learned how buildings fail: usually slowly, and then all at once.
He opened Asante Home Inspections in 2019. Every inspection covers the roof, attic, crawlspace and every accessible system, with optional radon testing and sewer scopes. Reports are photo-heavy and plainly worded, and they arrive the same evening. Kwame tells buyers which findings are normal for a 40-year-old house and which ones deserve a hard conversation before closing.
Realtors say he is the calmest person at any inspection. First-time buyers call him with questions for months afterward, and he always picks up.
