About Gary

Gary bought Fifth Street Print & Promo from its founder in 2011, after ten years as a sales rep for a paper company. He had never run a press. He learned fast, mostly because the shop's first big job was 4,000 county fair ribbons due in 36 hours.

The shop prints banners, yard signs, vehicle magnets, brochures and business cards. It also sources just about every promotional item you can think of: embroidered polos, branded tumblers, trade-show booths, and one order of custom golf tees for a funeral home that Gary still thinks about.

Fifth Street prints for half the youth sports leagues in Union County, often at cost. Gary is a founding member of Surge Marysville and has never once arrived at a meeting without a sample of something.

What members say about Gary

2 testimonials

I needed 30 embroidered polos and two sets of truck door magnets before our first spring home show. Gary had all of it in eight days, and he caught that my logo file was a low-res screenshot before it went on anything.

Tyler Beckett Beckett Outdoor Co.

We ran a deadlift-a-thon for the county food pantry in June and needed 120 shirts in nine days. Gary printed them at cost, threw in a banner for the front window, and wouldn't take money for the banner either.

When the building next to the shop came up for sale, Carlos did the SBA 504 loan and called me back every single time. At my old bank I never learned my loan officer's name.
