About Elena
Elena spent six years as in-house counsel for a regional restaurant group. She negotiated 40-some commercial leases and watched a few bad ones sink otherwise good locations. Leases are still the first thing she asks new clients about.
Her firm handles the legal side of running a small business: forming the entity, operating and buy-sell agreements, customer contracts, commercial leases, and buying or selling a company.
