About Minh
I grew up in my parents' pho restaurant on the north side, rolling spring rolls at the counter after school. I left to cook in downtown hotel kitchens for ten years, then came back to open Tran Kitchen in 2018. My mom still tests every new broth.
We cater office lunches, board meetings, grad parties and rehearsal dinners for 15 to 300 people. The most popular order is our build-your-own banh mi and rice bowl bar, which works for vegans, gluten-free guests, and the one person who only eats chicken. Everything is labeled, and we are always on time. I have delivered in an ice storm.
