About Keisha

Keisha taught seventh-grade science in Westerville for nine years before she sold her first house. She still runs every transaction like a lesson plan: a printed timeline on day one, a text every time something moves, and no surprise acronyms at the closing table.

She and her two-agent team closed 41 homes last year, most of them in the Westerville, Olentangy and Big Walnut school districts. Her sweet spot is the move-up buyer. These are families who bought a starter house in 2016, now have three kids and a dog, and need to sell and buy in the same month without living in a hotel.

Keisha grew up in Linden and still drives back for her mom's Sunday dinners. Ask her about bridge loans or the best playgrounds in Genoa Township. She has opinions on both.

Before a listing goes live, Keisha has one of my techs service the furnace so the buyer's inspector doesn't find a cracked heat exchanger two weeks into the deal. It costs her sellers about $150. It has saved at least two of her closings this year.

My neighbors in Galena had three kids in a three-bedroom and were scared to list before they'd found the next house. Keisha lined up a bridge loan with Anil, sold their place in six days, and got them into a four-bedroom in the Olentangy district without a single night in a hotel.

I inspected a 1972 ranch in Westerville for one of Keisha's buyers in May, and the sewer scope found roots through the clay lateral. She had a $6,800 credit negotiated by the next afternoon, and the family still closed on their original date.

Every buyer Keisha sends me already has a printed timeline, so when I ask for two months of bank statements on the first call, nobody panics. We've closed eleven loans together since last fall and I can't think of one that slipped a day.
