About Kate
Kate was carrying shingle bundles up ladders for her dad's crew by age fourteen. She took over Brennan Roofing in 2016, added gutters and siding, and bought the company's first drone the same year.
Every estimate starts with photos of your actual roof, so you can see the hail bruising, lifted tabs or bad flashing for yourself. Kate handles a lot of insurance claims and she is blunt about them. If the damage isn't there, she will say so, even when a door-knocker down the street told you otherwise.
The company runs four crews from April through November and does repairs year-round, mostly in Delaware County, north Columbus and Dublin.
Off the roof, Kate coaches 12U girls' softball and is much louder at games than anyone expects.
