About Bobby
Bobby has been in pest control for 27 years, the last 15 running his own company out of a pole barn on the family property west of Plain City. His wife, Deb, runs the office and the schedule, and he says she's the real boss.
Rausch Pest & Wildlife handles general pest control for homes and businesses, rodent programs for farms and grain storage, termite work, and wildlife removal: bats, raccoons, squirrels, groundhogs under the porch, and the occasional snake in a basement. Bobby does exclusion work instead of just trapping, so the animals don't come right back next season.
He is the chapter's best storyteller. If you have fifteen minutes, ask him about the raccoon in the bank's drive-through lane.
What members say about Bobby
2 testimonialsTwo weeks before a 180-guest wedding we found bats roosting in the hayloft of our 1893 barn. Bobby sealed every gap in the old siding and put in one-way exits instead of trapping, and we haven't seen a bat since.
Kelsey Wright The Hayloft on Darby Mice found our feed storage in August, and with 40 dogs on site I couldn't have bait anywhere near them. Bobby sealed the building, set traps the dogs can't reach, and checked back every week until the count hit zero.
