About Luke
Luke grew up on a corn and soybean farm between Plain City and Unionville Center, and he still helps his brother with harvest every fall. He got his real estate license in 2010 and his auctioneer's license two years later.
Brandt Land & Home sells farmland, hunting ground, rural homes with acreage and, more and more, houses in the subdivisions spreading west from Dublin and Hilliard. Luke knows how to price a 40-acre tract with pattern tile and a grain setup, a skill most suburban agents don't need until suddenly they do. He handles a lot of estate sales for families who inherit ground and aren't sure what to do with it.
Luke is a founding member of Surge Plain City. His auction chant is a party trick he will perform on request.
