About Travis
Travis grew up rebuilding lawn tractors in his grandpa's pole barn and finished a diesel technology program at nineteen. He spent eight years as a field tech for an equipment dealership, then bought his own service truck in 2020.
Neff Ag & Diesel is mostly mobile. Travis and his two techs work on tractors, combines, skid steers and grain handling equipment, plus diesel pickups and fleet trucks for landscapers and excavating companies. During harvest they work long days and take calls at 10 at night, because a combine that sits for three days can cost a farmer far more than the repair.
Travis is 33 and has a two-year-old at home. He's quiet at meetings, but he will talk hydraulics all day.
