About Rhonda
Rhonda spent 24 years handling claims for a large insurance company in Columbus. When she took an early buyout at 52, she realized how little she understood about her own pension options, and she read contracts for a living.
She got licensed, studied retirement income planning, and opened Tate Retirement Advisors in 2019. Most of her clients are five to ten years from retirement: teachers, county workers, nurses and state employees with OPERS or STRS decisions, plus private-sector workers weighing a lump sum against a monthly check. She builds each of them a written income plan that shows what arrives every month and where it comes from.
Rhonda sings alto in her church choir and plays pinochle with the same three friends every Thursday night.
